Acacia Sex &
Relationship Therapy

A psychotherapeutic talking service that supports individuals, couples and multi-partnered people with sexuality, intimacy, relationships, sexual function, identity and emotional wellbeing through compassionate, confidential therapy.

I offer a calm, respectful, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where you can speak openly about experiences that may feel difficult to discuss elsewhere. Whether you are navigating a specific sexual difficulty, a relationship challenge, questions around identity, or a general sense of disconnection, my therapy can provide support, insight and practical tools for change.

I work with individuals, couples and multi partnered clients who may be experiencing difficulties with intimacy, desire, communication, sexual confidence, emotional connection, pain, anxiety, shame, identity, trust, or changes in their relationship.

You do not need to have the right words before you get in touch. Many people arrive feeling unsure, embarrassed, overwhelmed or uncertain about whether their experiences are “normal”. Therapy is not about judgement or blame. It is about making space to understand what is happening and what might help.

How does it work?

You are welcome to begin with a free 10 minute phone consultation. This is a chance to have a brief chat with me, you can ask any initial questions and decide whether therapy feels like the right next step for you.

If you choose to go ahead, the first appointment will be an assessment session. This gives time to understand what has brought you to therapy, what you would like support with and what kind of therapeutic work may be most helpful.

Sessions are available for individuals and for partnered therapy. Each session lasts 50 minutes and can take place online or in person.

You only need to share what you feel ready to share. The first step is simply making contact.

A cozy living room with a brown leather sofa, a black high-back armchair, and a dark green armchair, all with decorative pillows. There is a round black coffee table in the center with shells and decorative items. Two potted plants sit near a wall with a striped pattern. The wall on the right has a framed landscape picture, and a white cabinet with a carved wooden sculpture on top. The floor is wood, and there is a large black-and-white tribal art piece on the back wall.

In Person & Online

In Person

In person sessions take place in a quiet garden studio, designed to feel calm, private and comfortable. The space offers a peaceful setting away from the stressors of everyday life, while remaining professional and confidential.

Online

Online therapy is available for clients who prefer to meet from home or who are not able to attend in person. Sessions take place by video call. You will need a private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly and will not be interrupted.

Both options can offer meaningful therapeutic work. The right choice is the one that feels most accessible and comfortable for you.
